Material and Design: Halogen, Quartz, and R7s Connectors
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it handles sudden temperature shifts and keeps output steady. The halogen cycle keeps the element clean, which means performance stays consistent over time. And quartz doesn’t flinch at moisture. In a bathroom, that matters. For installation, we stick with the R7s connector. It’s an industrial workhorse that gives solid contact and can take high terminal temperatures without softening.
