So when you need heat in that environment, the heater itself can’t become the source of the problem. That’s exactly why we built our quartz infrared lamps as a fully sealed, inert system. It delivers intense, focused heat without shedding a single particle or letting out gases.
Power and Size, Built for Real Machines
We design these lamps to fit tight spaces and work with the equipment you already have. A typical unit runs at 400V and 2500W, packed into a 300mm tube. That gives you a lot of heat in a small footprint, so you get rapid temperature ramp-up when your process needs it. The 400V rating isn’t an accident—it means the lamp plugs straight into standard industrial power, so you don’t have to wrestle with big step-down transformers on the machine.
The Cleanroom-Grade Heart
The core is high-purity quartz. Unlike metal, quartz stays chemically inert even at extreme heat, so it doesn’t oxidize and it doesn’t create particulates. Inside, the shortwave infrared filament throws out quick, targeted energy. And we seal the whole assembly with a specialized R7s connector that holds the lamp in a rigid, fixed position. That means the clearances stay precise, and the lamp doesn’t flex and risk cracking the quartz.
Semiconductor Work: Drop-In, No Compromise
For semiconductor heating, the system has to be a clean, straightforward replacement that keeps tight control over temperature. The quartz envelope handles thermal shock well, so it can keep up with the rapid on/off cycling that batch processing demands. And because infrared heats the target directly—instead of warming the air around it—there’s less air movement, which helps keep particles from stirring up. Now, with that kind of power density, you’re packing a lot of energy into a 300mm footprint. So your machine’s cooling and thermal management need to be up to the task.
