Built for the Real World
We know shop floors are messy and tough. That’s why we house the lamps in rugged reflectors that keep the energy pointed at the work, not bleeding out into the room. And don’t worry about a complicated install. We use standard connectors, so these are pretty much drop-in replacements. You can wire them into your current control panel without having to tear everything apart. We also use quartz envelopes. They can handle the shock of being flipped on and off all day without cracking. Plus, if your racks are a weird size, we can customize the length to fit.
The Trade-off (The Part You Need to Watch)
Here’s the thing: these lamps pack a massive punch. Your parts hit curing temperature almost instantly. That means you have to keep a close eye on your conveyor speed. If the line crawls, you’re going to scorch the coating or end up with that annoying “orange peel” texture. You’ll want a solid timer or a sensor-driven trigger to make sure every single piece comes out looking the same. But once you have that dialed in? You get your floor space back. You can fit in another spray booth or a new assembly station. It takes that one big bottleneck in your line and turns it into a compact, controllable station.
